Admission |
Because the festival is held in a State Park, admission
is free. We do request voluntary donations as follows:
Admission to the Old Time Dance at Immaculate Conception School is included in the donations listed above. Otherwise it is $3 per person. |

Hours |
The park opens each day at 9am and closes about sunset. Campers, of course, can stay the night. | ||||||||||||
Parking |
Parking is scarce at the site itself, and fills up
before 10am. The festival has organized a shuttle system to take
people to and from parking. The shuttle system is based on Union St.
Watch for signs in town. Shuttle operates 9:30am to 6:00pm |

Accessibility |
Handicapped parking is available in the Gebhard Woods
lot, close to the festival entrance. The site is wheelchair accessible
with assistance. Please check in at the park office if you'd like assistance. |

Food and Beverages |
Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available on site, or you can bring a picnic. Local restaurants are also available. | ||||||||||||
No Alcohol Permitted |
No alcohol is permitted in the park or at any festival activity. | ||||||||||||
Main Stage Seating |
Seating is on the ground. Bring a blanket, cushion or lawn chair, but please make sure people behind you can see the stage! | ||||||||||||
Taping |
Taping (audio and video) is perfectly OK at most workshops (check with leader). Taping is not permitted at the main stage. Thanks for your cooperation. | ||||||||||||
Pets |
Dogs must be leashed. | ||||||||||||
I & M Canal |
The towpath of the former Illinois and Michigan Canal runs along the border of the festival area. It can be used for hiking and biking - take food and water if you're going a long way. | ||||||||||||
Fishing |
Yes, you may fish in the park's four ponds. Check with the park office for info and license requirements. | ||||||||||||
Mosquitoes |
The grounds of the park are heavily wooded and watered - be prepared! | ||||||||||||
